Help with Converting internet media to MP3?

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone could help me convert a internet video to MP3? I've been trying to do this for a few days now. I know how to convert youtube to MP3, but this video isn't on youtube. I would really like some help with this. I'll put the link down here if it will help. If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it!
